DESCRIPTION

BAY-1436032 is a potent and highly selective inhibitor of mutant Isocitrate Dehydrogenase 1 (mIDH1). BAY 1436032 strongly reduces 2-HG (2-hydroxyglutarate) levels in cells carrying IDH1-R132H, -R132C, -R132G, -R132S and -R132L mutations. It is a selective inhibitor of the fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) family of receptors, which play a role in cell signaling and growth regulation. BAY-1436032 inhibits the activity of specific fibroblast growth factor receptors (FGFR), which are involved in cell proliferation, angiogenesis, and tumor growth. By targeting FGFRs, BAY-1436032 aims to disrupt the signaling pathways that promote cancer cell growth and survival.
